Martha and Alejandro were simply the best in the public areas, making our pool and beach experiences the best with their help and service provided. But the most praise must go to the following two people for first class service and friendliness received during our stay. Despite a few small issues with the hotel during the first few days when we arrived and for which Diego the Preferred Club Manager tried to resolve, we had a wonderful time at the Adults Only hotel with good food, Massages, rooms and facilities etc. My wife and I visited this resort hotel as our main holiday for 2023 having decided to visit Mexico for the first time.
